New Spring menu
Welcome the spring with our new menu, which brings the freshness of the season straight to your table. To warm you up, we offer a hearty Wild garlic soup with garlic croutons or the Tafelspitz consommé with stuffed herb pancakes. From the appetizers, the selection of various antipasti with wild garlic cream or the Baked goat cheese under a herb-honey topping on Mediterranean vegetable ragout with potato gnocchi stand out.
Main courses include the Holsteiner schnitzel with two fried eggs and roasted potatoes, the roasted Chicken Supreme on a fruity ragout of bell peppers and mango with Marsala jus and almond rice, or the Pike-perch fillet fried in nut butter on wild garlic risotto with spring vegetables.
For a sweet finish, indulge in a dessert of Heisse Liebe with mixed ice cream, hot cherries, and whipped cream or the Warm chocolate cake with ice cream and whipped cream.
