New Autumn menu

Enjoy autumn flavours and seasonal specialties: from smoked Duck breast with grilled Hokkaido pumpkin and plum ragout to Wild mushroom aspic, as well as warming soups such as Pumpkin cream with ginger or Poultry‑curry cream soup.

Our Vital Corner offers fresh salad creations – including Lamb’s lettuce with warm potato dressing, our Autumn salad with gratinated goat’s cheese, or the Gourmet salad with grilled prawns. Enjoy also our Gnocchi in a leaf‑spinach cream sauce.

For the main course, you can look forward to classics such as Jäger‑style or Holsteiner‑style schnitzel, the popular Columbus pan, Braised veal cheeks or Barbarie duck breast. Steak lovers may choose between Rump steak 250 g or 350 g, while fish enthusiasts will enjoy Pike‑perch fillet on leaf spinach with Pernod sauce.

As dessert we recommend Crêpes with vanilla ice cream or warm Chocolate cake.
